Wire Brush Texturing white oak with our New Costa Sander

Applying a Medium Wire Brushed Texture to White Oak on our new 6 head machine from Costa

Going through old pictures and videos, found video and pictures of making a very tight curved crown. Can’t remember the application but pretty interesting project

Making knee braces. With CNC cut MDF templates and the sliding table saw, bandsaw, and shaper with a flush trim head these all turned out perfect 👌

Foot bridge parts

Recreating these porch column bases involved making custom knives and spinning them on our shaper. They turned about beautiful.
We did these back in 2022 just getting around to posting some of the cool projects we have been blessed to be apart of.

Throw back to making some cool built in shelves. Little bit of CNC work, little bit of shaper work and a lot of glue

Using out Mafell chain mortiser to mill in blind post brackets in some clear cedar 6x6 posts. They turned out really nice.
