Going out today! Love the combo, but have never done such a mellow 2-tone: red oak and hard, white maple. Easy on the eyes. Also love the combo of Fall colors and natural wood furniture, with 3-coats of clear finish. . .no stain!

It's just a simple entryway "shoe-bench", using alot of 2" alder. 4-ft. wide, with a 16-inch deep seat, 20" tall. 2-shelves for normal height shoes. And 1-extra tall shelf for winter boots. After a heavy coat of "Early American" stain, it's just about ready for a Urethane sealer. All custom, per the customer's design!
