Family Business Tip: Divide & Conquer

Chris works in the barn.
I go to all the sports and parties (unless they overlap)

Cold day to play soccer and cheer.
But nice day to build letters.

Client asked for a skinnier font and it works. I like it. Maybe its just the change up but will see how it looks for their event.

Finishing up the paint, dry, then wrap and ship.

Never know whats happening in the barn.
Whats chris working on? Porches today.
Whats he listening to? Something crazy on Liquidmetal

Joseph by Falling in Reverse featuring Corey Taylor & Serj Tankian

He just showed us the video and its like video game mixed with the matrix (but no keanu 😔)

Anyway railings coming along but also interesting music for the crowd that also tries to listen to kid friendly- pop in the car while telling their kids they cant say the curse words out loud.

Happy weekend!

Nothing like pulling your favorite well loved Thursday Boot Company out for Fall and you realize they needed a lil tlc but you dont have time.
Its raining and cold and you have a cheerleader that has to get to the field.

Are we saying Chris is a cobbler now? No.
Are we all out of barge glue and used Inoteca InstantBond in a pinch? Yes.
Is chris obsessed with this super glue? Also yes.
Its like his fixall.
Like My Big Fat Greek Wedding with the windex.

Will let you know how it holds.
Chris also has his own shoe shining kit so adding to his list…

If anyone has tix to Ecco Vandal in the city this month let me know!

Chris mainly does a set font for the 3D letters. And that font doesnt do curves…

But a sorority asked for Alpha Phi (which I keep calling Omega- probably cuz it looks like an “O” or all those werewolf s**t reverse harems I like to read)
A girl can dream… and then wake up empty the dishwasher…

Anyway… the launa board is not super bendy. Hence the soaking in water. But for future our buddies at Kuiken Brothers Company, Inc have wiggle board so that would be my next order for any curves. Its WAY more expensive than launa board but such is life.

Full how to diy build video on how to make these Greek Sorority Letters is up on YouTube if you want to see the nitty gritty. Chris hasnt done a full video all summer cuz he has been in letters hell. 🔥

But dont worry he is back on track finishing our porch railings… soon. 🤞

Lets hope these letters are a fun part of rush season… not the alternative 😬

Clearly I have no idea what goes on. College was a gajillion years ago and I danced. The dance team had their own initiations but it was mostly dance challenges at Finnegan’s Wake or Tiki Bobs. 💃

Ok back to emptying the dishwasher… 🍽️
