If you've been thinking about new countertops before the holidays, here's what the timeline actually looks like:

1️⃣ Showroom visit to choose your stone

2️⃣ Template appointment at your home

3️⃣ Fabrication: typically 7–14 business days

4️⃣Installation

Start to finish, we're usually looking at 3-6 weeks in normal conditions. That means if you come in within the next few weeks, you're still in good shape for the holidays.

Your project manager walks you through every step and keeps you updated along the way — no wondering where things stand.

Signing the contract isn't the scary part of a remodel - it's what happens, or doesn't happen, afterward that makes people nervous.

Here's what happens once you sign with GLGM:

1. Your Project Manager schedules in-home templating, so your countertop is measured to your exact space, not a stock size.

2. Your slab moves into fabrication at our in-house facility, cut and finished specifically for your kitchen or bath. Your PM keeps you updated as it moves through each stage.

3. On install day, our crew sets everything, and cleans up after themselves.

You won’t be left wondering where things stand, or calling various entities to find out where your project is in the process.
