The Pagnotta vanities are finished!

We always love and appreciate our repeat clients and referrals!

We updated the Pagnotta kitchen last June/July, so when Carey reached out for us to update their 2 upstairs bathrooms, we were happy to return! 🥰

We used Sherwin-Williams Tempe Star💙 and Greek Villa 🤍 That blue is ah-mazing *gasp*!

I’ll miss seeing Louie and giving him all the pets! 🖤

Thank you again to the Pagnotta’s for their hospitality and trust! 🤍✨🎃

I’ve been *dying* to share this one!! ☠️

There’s something about these before/during/afters that just lay us out 🥳

My dear friend, (shop landlord too!) Lisa, is a local real estate agent; and she purchased a condo to flip! She brought us, and also Dan Napkin Designs to build new doors/drawers 🤎

We brainstormed as she walked her various trades people through the unit; so fun-Lisa and I have similar tastes 🥰 I appreciate her support and confidence in our work!

We settled on a bright and airy feel; Sherwin-Williams Egret White in the walls, Alabaster on the cabinets! ✨🤍 Gold bar pulls 💋We removed cabinets, cabinet brick-track, satans w**e rack, a weird book shelf, modified the oven area…all of it!

I’m not gonna lie; halfway through installing everything I was mentally changing my kitchen pulls to gold! 🤣

The transformation in this kitchen…in this condo…are *chefs kiss* 💋 I can’t wait for it to hit the market!! Thank you Lisa for bringing us in, and thank you to Mark for cutting all of those damn pull screws! 🤣🤣🤣

The Barrter kitchen 💚✨🤍

This is another *wowwww* transformation!!

*pause to pet the pooch* Mitzie was just the sweetest. Always there, just watching-so incredibly sweet!!

Dan Napkin Designs came first; he built them amazing doors and drawer fronts; because…you’ll need to zoom in on those before-those are the late 70’s Formica surface with the oak trim handles 😵‍💫

And they’d already been painted.

So Dan did what he does so incredibly well-built new ones! He brought us in to do the painting; thank you Dan for the referral! ✨

I met with the Barrters and we settled on Sherwin-WilliamsDried Thyme 🪴and Snowbound ❄️ I love that they changed up the fridge/coffee area to all dried thyme 🪴

Thank you to the Barrters for having us; give Mitzie extra nose boops for us!! 💚
