Tiny Houses by Northeastern Contracting

For the past few years, we’ve been busy with projects. Proudly, we are finished with this one room schoolhouse and hope to go on to doing small cabin builds and rentals at our beautiful southern tier of New York location.

There is also a queen size sleeping loft with plenty of room to move around that will be finished in well padded carpet. I’m hoping to be up for sale within the next two weeks and I’m interested in everybody’s thoughts on value

This build features a full 60 inch bath tub with shower surround. ADA height elongated standard flush toilet. Utility closet with 50 amp main

We are about 90% done all the way around Our painter will be applying the second coat of polyurethane next weekend at which point I will install all the fixtures

Ok... after a long delay we are finally almost complete with our 24 foot full bath with a loft, and galley kitchen mobile tiny home

After blocking the trailer to stable and level condition, we framed out the floor joist.

I'm happy to announce that after a long delay, due to our current work load, we were able to prep our 24 foot trailer frame for construction.

We were back to our regularly scheduled contracting work today but before that, Mary Chao (staff reporter) and Tina MacIntyre-Yee (staff photographer) from the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle stopped in to check out the "Tiny House". I think they enjoyed seeing our work and am looking forward to reading their thoughts and hopefully seeing a couple pictures in the Saturday home section, due out in a couple weeks.

The carpeting is in, making the loft complete. Over the next couple weeks we will finish the odds and ends. After which we will furnish and decorate the home. It's been a long road but well worth the effort.

Here are a few pictures of the bathroom counter top, sink, faucet, and toilet. Tons of space here that makes for a comfortable bathroom area. Who says "Tiny Houses have to feel cramped?

I can't stop looking at this material, it's beautiful and has just about every color in it! It's called Muscaco and has a leathered surface, pictures don't do it justice.
