Linda & Mary
We met as pot luck roommates at college in Canyon, Texas and became life long friends. Our lives moved in different directions; however, we kept in touch through the years and we each eventually bought a vacation home in Rockport, Texas. It was while trying to furnish our homes in Rockport we discovered the lack of unique home furnishings that fit our lifestyle and reflected the feeling we had each and every time we walked into our home. We were looking for furniture that evoked that sense of relaxation, vacation, paradise, our getaway. It was then that we decided this charming little town needed something that we could provide, a sophisticated yet casual and unique home furnishings showroom.

A little coastal inspiration at the Texas Culinary Arts Show in Rockport! 🌴

We loved bringing the Bay Inspired Living style to this special event, creating an inviting space filled with beautiful furnishings, natural textures, and relaxed coastal elegance.

We were honored to be apart of this wonderful fundraiser to support our community.

10 years ago 2 college friends imagined creating a home furnishing store on the Texas coast in Rockport Tx. Hurricane Harvey created a slight delay but this month marks 8 years ago Bay Inspired Living opened their doors for the first time. Thank you to our family and friends who helped make this dream possible. Thank you to our customers for allowing us to be a part of your homes and your lives.

One of the many things we love about coastal living is the inspiration that surrounds us every day.

When your backyard is home to the stunning Roseate Spoonbill, you’re reminded that a little pink can be both elegant and timeless. Whether showcased in a statement piece of art, a favorite accent pillow, or thoughtfully placed accessories, this coastal favorite adds warmth, personality, and a touch of the unexpected.
