Your kitchen cabinets can’t get stuck in shipping if you buy local, American made products.

We are seeking a Cabinet Installer with cabinet-making experience or carpentry skills. In this role you will install cabinets according to our plans and specifications. We expect all of our employees to maintain a clean workspace and take pride in their finished product. All applicants must have experience using hand and power tools, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

Duties and Responsibilities

Install cabinets according to written or verbal instructions
Measure room or installation area
Cut or build cabinets to fit in each space
Follow blueprints to ensure quality of installation
Clean up the job site after installation
Requirements and Qualifications

Experience with hand tools
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Prior cabinet making or installation experience preferred
Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings
Physical strength and stamina. Ability to lift 75 pounds.

Compensation depends on experience. All tools are provided to W-2 employees. We are open to 1099 with valid contractors license and tools.

We have positions open immediately for a finisher. Experience is not required.

Finishers work in our spray booth applying finish to cabinets and cabinet parts.

Painter job duties
-apply paint or stain to cabinetry package
-hand glaze or distress if required
-detail products prior to finishing
-color match stains for clients
-prep cabinets for finish

Skills helpful with these positions
-organized - keep the work area clean and follow the process. See the end result and follow the steps to get there.
-detailed - see the small things and make corrections before they become a bigger issue
-thoroughness - making sure to complete the process 100% leaving nothing behind

These are full time permanent positions. We understand many people are experiencing difficulties with the virus but please do not apply if you have no intention of staying on board when things get back to normal. This is NOT a temporary job. Our company has remained fully staffed and operational during the Covid pandemic.

Pay Rates: $15-22/hr DOE with $1-2/hr raises annually. Bi-Weekly pay. Paid Holidays and flexible PTO plan are available for qualifying employees.

Hours 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday with overtime possibilities

We will schedule a 30-60 minute working interview with candidates to verify skills and experience. No experience is required. Those who do have experience and want to be compensated appropriately will need to demonstrate their skills.
