In February 2027 Moss & Timber will take its final bow and close its doors for the last time.

It’s been a rough year! Cost increases from tariffs
along with spiking energy and transportation prices have effectively erased our (always meager) bottom line.

I’m really proud of the community we’ve cultivated over the years, and I’m very grateful for everyone who has worked and shopped here.

I would much rather finish on a high note than watch it die by the inch.

For our final season, the shop will continue to have a great selection of plants, pots, and accessories.

We will continue to have new items and restocks through the end of the year and into January.

If you have a gift card, please use it! All gift cards will expire on January 31st.

Dioscorea will grow quickly once the summer temps cool a bit, and water becomes more available. They’ll break dormancy and stay active until the next summer. Keep them in a bright to sunny location and water more consistently throughout the growth season. Make sure they dry out during summer dormancy.
