Work in progress at the Smith Residence. Cabinets are going in right now. White uppers with glass fronts, a fluted oak hood, a white oak island, and built-ins in the closet, plus the mantel on that brick fireplace. We’re still mid-install, so there’s more to see. The full walkthrough is coming soon.

Pressure washing day at the new shop. Express Pressure Washing came out fast and got to work right away. They even offer a military discount for our veterans and service members, and he knocked out a lot of it in no time. Really good guy. If you need pressure washing in Central Texas, give him a shout.

Good morning from the construction site. The mailbox is in and she's a beauty. Inside, the fans are on the walls, fire extinguishers and exit lights are up, and the shop and paint booth both have their lighting. Things are moving along, and we're hoping to move in over the next couple of days.

A lot happening behind the scenes at the new shop right now. We're getting three phase power wired in so the shop can run the equipment it needs, sheetrock is going up wall by wall, and we sat down with our designer to start picking out finishes for the showroom. Paint colors, stone, wood tones, fabric, it's all on the table right now and it's starting to feel real. Every piece we pick is getting us closer to opening the doors.

Super exciting day on site, foam insulation is officially going in. Open and closed cell, residential and commercial grade, this is what keeps the shop climate controlled once it's finished.

Another piece of the puzzle checked off.

Before the walls closed up for good, we ran all the internet and camera wiring through the frame. But there's something else in these walls now too.

Thomas took a moment to write scripture across the studs before the sheetrock went up, Joshua 24:15 right above one of the doors. Nobody will ever see it again once it's covered, but we'll know it's there.

Built on faith, in every sense of it.

Client upgraded their fridge from 36 inches to 60, which meant removing two existing cabinets to make room. Built the new cabinet to match the original color and construction method exactly.

Face frame slab doors, alder wood, stained to match. The hardest part of a job like this isn't building new, it's making it look like it was always there.
