Looks great on paper.

Approved by the architect. Approved by the designer. Approved by the project manager. Approved by everyone who hasn’t actually had to install it.

Then the installation crew shows up and realizes the measurements don’t add up, the furniture doesn’t fit, or something physically cannot go where the drawing says it should.

And somehow, they’re the ones expected to figure it out. 😂

There’s a reason we say the guys in the field are the real problem solvers.

A good installer doesn’t just know how to put things together. They know how to make things work when the plan doesn’t.

Shoutout to the crews who turn “that should work” into “we made it work.” 👏

Some people call it ambition. Some call it dedication. I call it having absolutely no idea how to turn my brain off. All while trying to carry everything in one trip

The funny thing about being a business owner is that everyone sees how hard you work, but they don’t always see the pressure you put on yourself behind the scenes.

The constant feeling that you could be doing more, should be doing more, or aren’t doing enough, even when you’re giving it everything you’ve got.

And somehow, no matter how much you accomplish, the goalpost keeps moving.

But hey, thanks for noticing my work ethic. 😂
