Happy Birthday to the man who keeps this crazy train moving, Cameron Davies!

It’s been one hell of a ride. Countless builds, impossible deadlines, long days, late nights, big wins, plenty of challenges, and projects that most people would look at and say, “There’s no way.” But if there’s one thing we know about Cameron, “there’s no way” has never really been part of his vocabulary.

His strength, determination, and can-do attitude feed this entire team.

Cameron has always said, “Attitudes are contagious.” And his definitely is. His belief that we’ll figure it out, get it done, and find a way has spread through this entire crew and become a huge part of the culture at Cruising Kitchens.

But what makes Cameron a great leader goes beyond the work. He gives people the freedom to create, trusts his team to do what they do best, believes in people, and pushes everyone around him to think bigger than they thought they could.

We also recognize the sacrifices behind it all. The time, energy, and heart he gives to this company while never losing sight of what matters most to him, his family and his faith. That example doesn’t go unnoticed.

We’ve built some pretty incredible things together over the years, made a lot of memories along the way, and somehow we still feel like we’re just getting started.

There are a whole lot more crazy ideas, impossible builds, long nights, laughs, wins, and stories still ahead of us.

Happy Birthday, Cameron. We’re lucky to have you leading this crew, and even luckier to call you family.

If you’ve ever been around Cruising Kitchens, you know there’s a good chance Diego had a hand in making it happen. He’s truly our jack of all trades, always willing to jump in wherever he’s needed and help keep everything moving.

From the shop to the job site and everywhere in between, we honestly don’t know what we’d do without him. Your hard work, positive attitude, and willingness to tackle just about anything don’t go unnoticed.

Welcome Michael Brown to the CK team!

Michael Brown is a seasoned construction and project management professional with more than 20 years of experience leading commercial, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, municipal, aviation, and multifamily construction projects across the United States. He has successfully managed ground-up developments, tenant improvements, remodels, and large-scale renovations with project values ranging from several hundred thousand dollars to multi-million-dollar budgets.

Throughout his career, Michael has overseen all phases of construction operations including budgeting, bidding, scheduling, contractor management, procurement, safety compliance, project financials, and closeouts. He has extensive experience collaborating with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, municipalities, and lenders to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Michael’s background includes leadership roles with organizations such as Mars Corporation, Quickserve Hospitality, Gateway Services, Warwick Construction, Intex Electrical, and AJW Management. There, he managed diverse portfolios including restaurants, hospitals, schools, airports, retail developments, crematories, veterinary hospitals, municipal facilities, and QSR franchises such as Bojangles, Arby’s, Starbucks, Long John Silvers, Taco Bell and Smalls Sliders.

Known for his strong communication skills, operational leadership, and problem-solving abilities, Michael holds Procore, PMP, P6 and Asana certifications, is OSHA 30 certified, and is currently pursuing an Associate of Applied Science degree in Engineering Technology at San Jacinto College and a RAZ certification.
