Had to try this recipe. Cauliflower rice, ground turkey, egg, spinach and cream cheese mixed into a type of hash with some ghee in the pan. added pink Himalayan sea salt, garlic and pepper to season it 👌

Loving the rich color in this board. I wish I'd gotten a before picture. Very rough sawn board. All the color and grain didn't reveal itself until after it came out of the planer. It was glorious.

Ahhhhh!!!! Guess this locally-sourced oakwood wasn't quite ready to be used as I initially thought when I purchased it. It shrunk and tore itself apart. Tough lesson learned. Will be replacing this pronto. Any recommendations for a moisture content meter?
