Our Pleasanton, TX project features a meticulously crafted finish on the 3rd phase, comprising two coats of high-quality spray primer, precision-sanded between coats with 220 and 320 grit sandpaper. This is followed by the application of two coats of Renner Woodcoatings North America Industrial Wood Coatings, expertly sprayed using 206 and 208 spray tips at a pressure setting of 1200-1500 PSI on a TriTech Industries Inc. sprayer. A final sanding with 400 grit ensures a flawless, smooth, and durable finish.

Pleasanton, TX project Phase 2. In phase two, we focus on doing a thorough cleaning of the cabinet boxes and side panels. We then sand smooth to prepare for the grain filler. For this project, we will apply two coats of filler for a smooth and beautiful finish. Black Swan Cabinet Finishing is focused on quality, not quantity.
