We’re kicking off 2026 with something we’ve been working toward for years and we’re excited to finally make it official: ICESD now has its own dedicated in-house installation team!

This move has been thoughtfully planned, carefully evaluated, and intentionally timed, and it marks a major milestone in how we support our clients and projects from start to finish.
 
By bringing warehousing and installation under our own roof, we’re creating a more streamlined, accountable, and responsive experience. From receiving and storage to scheduling, delivery, and install, this gives us greater control over timelines, quality, and communication, all while reducing friction and increasing flexibility along the way.
 
This is about investing in our people, our processes, and the level of service we’re committed to delivering. We’re proud of the team that helped make this possible and excited about what this unlocks as we head into the new year.

We’re grateful to work alongside clients who value quality, precision, and partnership as much as we do.

Every year, we invite our team to select a charity close to their heart, and ICE donates $100 on their behalf. It’s a tradition we’ve proudly carried on for the past three years. It’s one that reflects the causes, communities, and people our team cares about most.
 
This year, we were honored to support 20 different organizations on behalf of 23 ICE employees, making an impact locally, nationally, and globally. We’re grateful for the opportunity to give back in a way that’s personal, meaningful, and driven by our team.

There’s nothing better than bringing our partners into the experience. This week, we welcomed the LPA team for a lunch + showroom tour, giving them a chance to see, feel, and explore the solutions that shape the spaces we create together.

From materials and finishes to ergonomic details and innovation, it’s all about connecting in person and discovering what’s possible.

Earlier this week, Tanya and Colleen attended the Bisnow International Life Sciences Summit, where leaders in real estate, biotech, and design explored the future of lab and research environments. Discussions centered on how innovation, flexibility, and collaboration are shaping the next generation of life sciences facilities.

We’re proud to be part of this evolving conversation and to bring forward solutions that support the growth of San Diego’s thriving life sciences community.

Revisiting one of our standout projects from 2022 — Erasca SF

This 12th floor satellite office in South San Francisco was designed to complement
Erasca’s San Diego HQ while providing a space that truly supports how their team works every day. The layout blends a large training room, flexible collaboration areas, and seating for 46 employees — all furnished to inspire connection, productivity, and comfort.
