The current Board Members up for re-election will stay in place until their respective successors are elected or appointed.

We received our first Newsletter from the Property Management for September.

Tree Services - the Board approved Green Horizon

Finally the garbage was picked up. It was really disgusting that homeowners/renters just dumped their trash on the floor.
Please write the Property Management company and write a letter of complaint that it took them over a week to take action.
Our Property Manager is Michele Monahan.

Another who came on board is the cleaning person for our pool restrooms, North and South is Larry Fennel of The Chimney Life Brand. He replaced our cleaning lady, Diane. He comes twice a week. Say hi to Larry when you see him. This is where our HOA dues go.

We have 2 new contractors on board. For our pool maintenance, we have Surf City Pools. Our pool person/lady is a hard charger young lady named Dalanne. Our summer maintenance is 3 times a week. MWF. So if you see her, say hi to our pool lady.

We have a new maintenance man in the complex. His name is Mike and he drives a red pickup truck. So if you see him around don't be surprised. Just say hi.
Our former maintenance guy Greg has moved to Washington.
