Move over, neutrals… Mulberry is having a moment! 🍇

Rich, sophisticated, and just the right amount of dramatic, this gorgeous shade is making a statement in the interior design world, and we spotted plenty of inspiration at High Point Furniture Market!

Somewhere between a deep berry and a luxurious plum, Mulberry brings warmth, depth, and personality to a space. Whether it’s incorporated through statement furniture, beautiful textiles, or a bold accent, this color has a way of feeling both timeless and fresh.

We especially love how beautifully it pairs with warm woods, soft creams, earthy greens, and metallic finishes.

One of our favorite parts of visiting market is discovering the colors, textures, and design details that inspire our next projects. And this season, Mulberry definitely caught our eye!

What an honor to have our work recognized among so many talented designers, builders, and craftspeople in our community.

One of the things we love most about working in the Saratoga region is the incredible building community we're fortunate to be part of. From talented builders and skilled tradespeople to the many local businesses and artisans who help bring a vision to life, creating a beautiful home is truly a team effort.

There’s something extra special about a space that brings together beautiful design and incredible local craftsmanship.

This custom kitchen cabinetry by Steinberger Woodworks is such a perfect example. From the rich wood details woven into the black cabinetry to the custom range hood, open shelving, and beautifully organized drawer interiors, the craftsmanship becomes part of the design itself.

We love having the opportunity to work alongside talented local craftspeople who can take an idea and turn it into something completely unique for our clients. Those thoughtful, made-for-this-home details are what elevate a space and make it truly one of a kind.

We’ve been busy behind the scenes, and we’re so excited to finally share what we’ve been working on!

Our team has been involved in THREE homes featured in this year’s Showcase! In addition to designing both Belmonte Builders homes, we also worked on selections for the Kodiak Construction home.

From thoughtful finishes to the finishing touches that make a house feel like home, we can’t wait for you to experience these spaces in person!

Around here, autumn isn’t just sweater weather… it’s mudroom season. 🍂🥾

Between muddy boots, wet jackets, backpacks, sports gear, dog leashes, and everything else that comes through the door, a thoughtfully designed mudroom can make a huge difference in how your home functions.

The key? Designing it around your family’s actual life. Maybe that means a cubby for every person, plenty of hooks, dedicated shoe storage, a bench for pulling on boots, or closed cabinetry to keep the everyday clutter tucked away.

We love creating spaces that are beautiful, but we love them even more when they make daily life easier. And in Upstate New York, a hardworking mudroom definitely earns its keep this time of year!
