We finally completed a big kitchen job that we've been working on and we deliver tomorrow! We start out with a full shop and an empty truck, and end up with an empty shop and a full truck! Victory!

Working away! We haven't posted much for a while but we've been busy with a steady stream of nice sized jobs for some of our favorite contractors and architects! These days the cabinet shop is run by Tom with a couple of great assistants (Roman & Tony) who work on call as needed! What a crew!

Making a box seems like such a simple thing...yet it takes all day! This is a rift white oak 'cabinet' for a golf simulator projector. Veneer plywood panels with 3/4" x 1-1/2" hardwood edging.

Loaded up and ready to deliver!

There's a lot of steps in a custom job! Drawing plans, ordering and picking up materials, creating a cut list, then labeling each piece once they are cut, edgebanding, assembling cabinets and attaching trim, and then delivery! The team looks happy 'cuz the job is almost done!

Stopped by a job site today to drop a couple things off. Fun to see the project coming along. Snapped some quick photos. If it's in the photo and made of teak, we built it! Worked with a really nice designer on this project and the installer on this project is amazingly talented!

Sometimes we use the shop to make fun things for our family and friends! We are loving this new Crokinole board! A buddy came over with the plans and we made 2 at the same time, one for his family and one for ours.
Ok Time to quit goofing around and start the next kitchen! 😄
