🛣️ Route 66 Turns 100 — The Mother Road’s Big Year
2026 marks the 100th anniversary of Route 66 (established November 11, 1926). For a century this iconic highway has been the ultimate backdrop for classic cars, hot rods, and open-road adventure — from the early Model Ts and ’50s cruisers to muscle cars of the ’60s and ’70s.
Communities along the route are celebrating all year with car shows, rallies, and events that keep the spirit of the open road alive.
