This house that overlooks the Spokane -Cheney highway is looking pretty good these days! I built the deck last summer and finished up the hand and foot rails this spring. I went around the house and “tightened up” the exterior. New paint, also stained and sealed the window and door casings. Last winter I also (with help) completely remodeled the whole upstairs and turned it into a hotel like suite with custom cabinetry and wall furnishings.

Before and after photos. I was hired to refurbish some old cedar boards that were installed as a landscape decorative wall. I resurfaced them on all sides and stained them with Special Walnut oil. They are sealed with Halcyon Wood Boat clear to keep them beautiful for a long time. Just in time for the families high school graduation party!🎓🎓🎓

New gates! Replaced some vinyl gates with cedar. The vinyl would separate sometimes when opening/closing. One of the last wind storms took out the active door and it needed to be replaced. We decided to give it some love. Made out of 2x4cedar s4s and cedar fencing. Finished in a clear coat. I also installed some shock absorbing wheels on the inside of each gate to help move the gate easier as well as take some of the load off the posts. I think they turned out pretty good.
