Okay, yes. We worked with the gray sofa. šŸ˜‚ And guess what? We made her work.
At 116 Stephens Ridge, a full furniture overhaul wasn’t necessary. We kept the existing sofa and brought in coordinating chairs, a rug, tables, art, greenery and accessories to give the living room a whole new vibe.
Then we brought in a full formal dining room + full primary bedroom to finish out the spaces that needed us most.
Because good staging isn’t walking into a house and saying, ā€œGet rid of everything.ā€
It’s walking in and knowing what can stay, what needs to go, and what we can make look a whole lot better. šŸ˜‰
So before you decide your house needs a complete furniture transplant, call the staging pros.
We might even be able to save your bachelor pad gray sofa. šŸ˜‚

Stephens Ridge-Woodforest Before: a beautiful house.
After: a home you can feel. šŸ¤

Staging isn’t about hiding a space — it’s about helping people picture their life in it. Same room, same sectional…different emotion — that’s the power of staging.

There is something really special about staging a home this large and still making every space feel inviting. šŸ¤

We played with a lot here. The formal rooms have a little more structure and polish, while the everyday spaces feel softer and more relaxed. Then there are the in between spaces, like the reading room and study, where we could create little moments that make the house feel personal instead of overly staged.

Here’s Part 1 of Sendera Drive, featuring the main living spaces, formal living, formal dining, kitchen, office, reading room, study, laundry room and sunroom.

Beds + Baths are coming next! šŸ‘€

This one was a BIG labor of love. šŸ¤
An over one million dollar luxury property, every room staged from top to bottom, including the mother in law suite, and a whole lot of planning behind the scenes.

This one truly took all hands on deck. So many moving pieces, countless hours, and a team that showed up and executed every detail flawlessly.

The finished result? Absolutely worth it. ✨

Different tones, textures and rooms but together they create a home that feels warm, layered and anything but cookie cutter. 🪵 šŸ

Chamboard Lane in Houston, Texas gave us something to work with.
We didn’t need to create interest in this house. It already had plenty.

The task was figuring out how much to add, and where, without taking away from what was already working.

That’s where the fun was in this one. šŸ¤Ž

A staged home should answer one question for buyers: ā€œHow would I live here?ā€

For our Serpenteer Drive project in Porter, TX, we used furniture and styling to define the rooms, show scale, and create a natural flow from one space to the next.

That matters because an empty or poorly furnished room can leave buyers guessing about size and function. Strategic staging removes that guesswork and helps buyers understand the home’s potential.

Good staging doesn’t just fill a room, it gives the room a purpose.
