🚨 Painting over oil-based trim? Think twice!

You can’t just apply latex paint over oil-based paint and expect it to last! Without proper preparation and the right primer, the new paint can peel right off.

The secret? Proper prep, sanding, and bonding primer!

Most of the time, a fresh coat of paint can make a BIG difference when selling a home! 🎨🏡

This wonderful client gave us a chance to refresh the main living areas—and that same day, she found a buyer! Their only request? To have the rest of the house painted too! 🙌

We’re always happy to help make the selling process easier. Call me for a free estimate!
