One of my recent and biggest projects, our home’s exterior upgrade!
Everything shown was completed by our team unless otherwise noted. (Our team shown below)
Before -
-All grey vinyl siding everywhere with a grey shingle roof (don’t ask what we were thinking 😬)
- White columns
- Plain white vinyl shutters
-White garage door with fake windows
-White gutters and downspouts
Summer 2026 Upgrades!
-Vertical LP board and batten siding on front and garage sides.
- Upgraded white vinyl installed on sides and partial back of house
- Vertical LP board and batten siding on patio with dry stacked black Roma stone on lower portion of wall.
-Black shingles on patio and main roof(contracted out-Deever’s Roofing)
-Added garage eyebrow roof
-Black standing seam metal roof installed on porch roof and Garage eyebrow roof.
-Cedar truss added in garage peak and 8x8 cedar posts added to front porch
-Custom made cedar shutters added to upper windows
-Mahogany front door with Flemish glass windows stained and added.
-New colors on address sign
-Insulated cedar-tone garage door with windows added (contracted out-Doors-N-More)
-Back patio repainted
-Black gutters and downspouts installed (contracted out-Custom Gutters)
-A/C and heater installed in garage for summer and winter projects!
