Thatchers' has entered into a Settlement Agreement with Melly M, the terms of which cannot be disclosed. A Permanent Consent Injunction has also been entered in the case. This permanent consent injunction allows Thatchers' Fine Timeless Fabric the freedom to now continue to produce original nonpareil designs. This win is for all creative souls…celebrate the artist!

The resources required for us to ensure the quality we provide means that none of our designs are currently authorized for use in apparel. Our attorneys are engaged in a lawsuit regarding unauthorized reproduction of our designs. We appreciate your concern and support while we work toward resolving these issues. New York school of design will be honoring Albert Hadley (1920-2012) tomorrow evening. Hadley designed for such Americans as the Astors and the Rockefellers and even curtains for the Kennedy White House. Hadley was one of the most influential interior decorators of the twentieth century. We value and admire his intuition both in the world of interior decorating and in life. Thatchers' Fine Timeless Fabric's very own Becky Smith will be at the event.
