I have bad news. General Grant Antique Mall has closed permanently, at least at its current location. Mix and Match STL, Booth 11, is also closing down. It's been a hoot. Now i have to pick out the good stuff that i want to keep (and hide from the Mister). The black hutch and yellow chest of drawers is still available, just message me. Or, if there is anything in the pictures in which you are interested, message me. i have lots of stuff looking for a good home.

Red is my favorite color. I love the way it looks with other colors. Right now Red and yellow are a delicate combination for the spring. Which is here. Don't worry, in no time we'll be back to living our best lives. We'll have to get used to being around people again. That will be hard.

Because St. Louis County has ordered "stay at home", General Grants Antique Mall will be closed starting Monday. Of course I restocked today. you have one day before the lockdown starts.

I had plans to create a display of yellows and red, but It didn't work out how i wanted. I need to finish up another piece, which is totally possible during the next few weeks of "stay at home". All I need is good weather.

anyway, this piece is solid wood. it's heavy on wheels. when you come to buy it, i highly recommend taking the drawers out and then moving it. it's much more manageable that way. I tried it both ways. ! For you. my loyal followers.

In the meantime, hang in there, bake some good stuff, work in the yard to stay sane, rub a cats belly and medicate the scratches.

I love this chest. I had it in my bedroom before I brought it in and the color is awesome. Its lower than your average nightstand. Fyi. Of course I don't have measurements because what fun would that be.

And Brad Pitt won his Oscar. So happy. Iove him. For realz.

Just added! A nifty yellow desk. Painted with love. On christmas. As a bonding experience with my mom. Its cheery. In a "spring is coming!" Kind of way. Also pictured is a stack of Harlequin dishes. Vintage. And cheap.

And to the right is a vintage scale. It works. Because if you're getting bad news, it should be from the past when you were a kind of skinny that you couldn't appreciate
