STUDIO / 103024 / mwanzi.com / as i continue to make more CHAIRS, i decided to use some very unique MO-white oak to make back rests for a couple of the chairs. the wood is wormy quarter sawn MO-white oak, and milled from a tree feld in the Bogey Hills neighborhood of St. Charles, MO. ive had the wood since 2011 and thought this was a worthy project for such a unique piece of nature, and for part of my project for the new 4 HANDS BREWING CO. x PEACEMAKER location in St. Louis Lambert International Airport. entire project includes CAFE TABLES, DINING TABLES, BAR STOOLS, CHAIRS, BANQUETTE SEATING, and 400sf of hand made WOOD PLANKS for wall cladding. stay tuned.
