LMC Construction opened a new office in Tacoma this week. We collaborated with their team to make this Elm conference table. 🔥👌

Sometimes customers send us pics that just make us smile!

We turned this customer’s elm round into a table partially filled with epoxy and made a custom wood base for it.

As Mr. Roger’s said “it’s a beautiful day in the neighborhood.” So we’re doing our part to keep things beautiful with Litter Free 253. You can sign up using the QR code in the image and find out more details on their Litter Free 253 page.
As an added thank you to the volunteers Wane and Flitch is offering a 50% discount on select wood in the shop for the people signing up and participating in the clean up effort. So now you can keep the neighborhood clean and get a discount on that woodworking project you’ve been putting off.

Sometimes live edge isn’t right for the project. However, there’s a ton of other uses for urban wood. 👌

Everyone knows Redwood trees for being huge. Although they won’t germinate in western Washington, they grow extra fast!

Check out the side the size of the growth rings on this 50” Redwood log!

A customer in Puyallup had to take it down and has commissioned us to mill it into slabs for them.

This spring we have interns joining us from IDEA High School. We’re looking forward to sharing “the art of live edge” with them!

They’ll be working on some fun projects you might see out in the community soon.
