Last week, our leadership team gathered in downtown Tampa for a Managers Meeting focused on growth, collaboration, and strengthening how we work together as one team.

Thank you to SouthState Bank for hosting us in your incredible new space, and to Alkis Crassas for leading an impactful EOS conversation with our team. At Workscapes, EOS helps keep our teams aligned, accountable, and continuously improving as we grow.

Even more special was the opportunity to learn together inside a space our team helped design and furnish. Seeing collaboration come to life in one of our own environments was a pretty meaningful moment for our team.

We are proud to share our 2025 Community Impact Report. From mentorship programs and volunteer initiatives to sustainability efforts and community partnerships, our teams continued to make a meaningful impact across Florida this past year.
