We are a Stone Wholesale business in the Hillsborough area and currently require a highly motivated and multifaceted individual to fill a Sales/Office Assistant position. The qualified candidate must have a positive attitude and should be highly organized in addition to the required skills.
Job Requirements:
• Should be fluent in BOTH English & Spanish
• Should be able to work 6 days a week. (mon-fri 8am-5.00pm, sat 9.00am-2pm)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (knowledge of word and excel a must).
• Have good computer skills & internet knowledge – should be able to work with e-mails, Facebook, google plus, twitter.
• Comfortable and confident on the phone.
• Can work under moderate levels of pressure.
• Can multitask and handle more than one job at a time.
• Comfortable working in an office / team environment.
• Reliable / hard working.
• Some accounting and sales experience are a plus but not necessary.
