Sounds OK To Me LLC has provided live performance sound and lighting systems in West Central Florida since 1987, as Donovan Audio Designs.

Providing audio & lighting services for small to mid-sized performance and speaking events in West-Central Florida, we began as Donovan Audio in 1987 and began providing design and installation services, and incorporated as Donovan Audio Inc. As part of the annual Riverfest at The Tampa Riverwalk, Ulele will present The Stewart Tussing Band in a FREE concert outside on the Sunset Lawn on Saturday, May 5, from 2:30-5:30 p.m.

A mainstay of the ‘70s and ‘80s Tampa music scene at venues such as Selena’s in Hyde Park Village, the group last played in Tampa more than 10 years ago.

Known for a distinctive style that starts with acoustic singer-songwriter Kevin Stewart but then filtered though pop and rock, classical and jazz – most conspicuously via Gary Tussing’s violoncello – the group began as a duo then expanded to a six-piece and now plays as a trio with original percussionist Tom Nordin.

Low lawn chairs and blankets OK. Please, no coolers.

Sounds OK To Me LLC (aka Donovan Audio Designs) is doing some spring cleaning a couple months early. First up are a pair of APB Dynasonics ProRack-House AND ProRack Monitor mixing consoles, both gently used and in great condition. These are the last US manufactured analog production mixing consoles and this is serious pro gear, NOT music store stuff, suitable for touring. The monitor console is especially suited for IEMs and has 16 mono channels, 16 onboard splitters. It will do 8 STEREO mixes. You can buy a pair of these currently on eBay for $3900. Best offer over $2500 takes both, and we might just throw in an over/under rolling rack. Please message me privately.
