The votes are in and counted…let’s all congratulate one of RDU’s strongest, Jonny!!!
As this year ended there was only one who rose above the rest. Jonny sets the pace on punctuality and professionalism all while having that infectious smile on his face when making the junk disappear! Customers are overly impressed with his joy for junk removal, Jonny brings his years of construction experience to quickly tackle and take the junk away! We are all excited to see what 2023 will bring for Jonny! Thank you, Jonny, for being a true SUG through and through!!!

At Stand Up Guys Junk Removal we have one simple goal: To be the leading Donate – Recycle – Removal Company that delivers the best client experience and makes the biggest difference in its community and its environment.
Base Pay = $17-$20/hr
+ Tips
+ Bonuses
Total = $18-$22/hr (Average)
Here’s what you can expect as a Crew Leader:
* Your shift starts off at our corporate office located in Tampa. (typically around 6 AM)
* Must have reliable transportation and live within a 15-mile radius of Tampa.
* Successfully pass a Criminal Background Check.
* You’ll be the lead for the day with one or more co-workers and be out in one of our clean, baby blue trucks visiting local residences and businesses to take away their unwanted items.
* While out in the field with the team, you’ll be meeting lots of people and providing friendly and courteous service.
* You’ll remove, load, and sort items onto the truck so we can 1. Donate, 2. Recycle and 3. Dispose of the unwanted items (we’re committed to reducing landfill mass).
* The ability to lift and carry 100+ lbs.
* You’ll ensure the job order is completed as required and offer opportunities for additional disposal services and feel comfortable asking for a positive review.
* You’ll work efficiently with the team to stay on schedule. Along with coaching & mentoring current and potential new employees while on the job.
* You and your team will dispose of all items appropriately to empty the truck at the end of the shift so it’s ready to go the following day.
