Who better to spotlight than a woman whose heart, grit, and drive keep our team focused — but more than that, excited — to serve our customers every day?
LaTrelle Williams joined YTI in 2009 as a workspace consultant, bringing an extensive operations background in wealth management. Since then, she's built relationships across cities, states, and industries, transitioning to our Head of Business Development. From workspace development to furniture coordination, she's helped customers bring their spaces to life — and turned plenty of those relationships into lifelong friendships along the way.
LaTrelle in one word? Sunshine. ☀️ Her commitment to service and going the extra mile for her customers is indisputable. Her love for making spaces work for people comes through in her curiosity, approachability, and determination.
A proud wife and mother, an active member of her church community, and someone who gives so much to those around her, LaTrelle brings that same heart to life outside the office, too. She reminds us how much purpose and joy we can find in the work we do and the people we love.
And her customers aren't the only ones walking away smiling. Our days are a little less bright when LaTrelle isn't in the office — which is often, because she's out with her customers, no surprise there! A cherished friend, mentor, and teammate, she makes changing workspaces every day that much sweeter.
