Thank you all for coming to Hood River for the Adventure Van Expo this past weekend! We had so much fun, and truly could not have done it without all of your support!

Our biggest and baddest electrical system to date! This puppy features 800aH of Victron Lithium Ion batteries, a 5,000watt inverter charger, 2 DC-DC chargers, 2 MPPT charge controls for both roof and ground solar and more! What does this all power? For our client it’s all about business and meeting his clients need in delivering exceptional sound production. With this system he has the freedom to have a mobile studio/office for all his biggest events!

The rear cabinets in this conversion were another first for us - we utilized formica to add a protective, durable layer over the plywood. They provide plenty of storage for on the road fun, and lots counter space for a nice work station when the bed lifts up (more on that soon)!

With the initial planning and wiring phases completed, we’ve moved on to framing, insulation, and cedar walls going in on this build! It’s really starting to take shape! (Back posting here, as we’re actually finished with this build 😅) More pics coming soon!

Planning ahead is essential for a successful van conversion. We often find ourselves moving slowly in these early stages, double checking our electrical schematics + blueprints and making adjustments to accommodate our clients needs far in the future. We’re in phase 1 of this build, without a date for phase 2, but we build with a plan of the second phase in clear sight. We just had a great walk through with our client to go over final changes before we start framing and putting up the walls. Cedar coming soon!

We're excited to be embarking on the biggest project we've taken on thus far - a 2019 Dually Sprinter Van with a ton of awesome features.

We've wrapped up most of the external modifications, including a roof rack, solar, Maxxair Fan, Dometic AC Unit, light bar + additional reverse lights, ladder, and windows and are deep into electrical planning and wire running.

Looking forward to continuing to share as this build progresses!
