U.S Patent # 6085499 Our design eliminates the use of cotton, tail nets, or any other material between the Crupper and your horse. Now under new Ownership.

The Top Notch Tails product line is Trainer Designed, Proven, and Recommended to work together as a set to conform, protect, shape, and align the horse's tail without chafing or rubbing. Tails are enveloped in satin with a super absorbent inner pad and durable PVC Coated Denier nylon which has a water-resistant exterior. Top Notch Tails are long-lasting, machine washable, and easy to use. Our Products are always changing and improving by customer demand & custom design requests. High-quality materials, design, and ease of use have been paramount in creating our products. We have created the Crupper Pad, Top Pad, and Breast Collar Pad with less bulk for a better fit. The Tail Bags are easier to attach and our Bustle Pad Covers are the rage in the Morgan World. They are made of PVC coated water-resistant Denier nylon material which captures and holds delicate tail hair/feathers protecting it from waste. The Back Pads and Breast Collar Pads are wider and a breeze to put on your horse. If you have never tried Top Notch Tails products, it's Time! All Top Notch Tails products are "Hand-Made" in the USA! Top Notch Tails has been Woman Owned & Operated since 1997.
