It has been a busy week! Randy and I have transformed our booth at Grace & Lou's Sweet Repeats into a Christmas shop!

We have new furniture, candles and home decor! Come in on Saturday and visit.

Our booth mates have been hard at work making crafts, curating vintage and putting together fantastic displays to inspire you to get in the Christmas mood.

Today was such a fun day at the Covered Bridge Festival! It has been years since I have had the time to attend. It was so nice to just enjoy the fun of the event. No setting up for me, just shopping eating and enjoying great company. It was my daughter-in-law and her mom’s first time.

This has been one crazy week! My partner in crime, Grace & Lou co-owner, Jerry had a medical emergency and had to be air lifted to Peoria. We have been here all week. He is doing much better and now that I'm not joined at his hip I was able to sneak out and do a little work. With that said, I'd like to thank Randy for covering for us, it is much appreciated. Life in the Short house has always been chaotic, not sure why I thought it would settle down now. If you know me, you know I always go big or go home, so we are still planning our Holiday Open House. We'd love to see you all there!
