One of the most unique chairs I've ever seen. 🪑

Swipe through — the first photos are what our volunteer Jeff Dahnert started with.

This vintage recliner arrived at our store in pieces — donated by Kay Tibbs of K & Co. in Kansas City, and brought to us by Philip Bradley. Jeff took it home to his own woodshop and, piece by piece, brought it back to life: gluing, repairing, and working through all kinds of tricky technical problems to get it whole again.

Just look at the details — the carved wooden arms, the barley-twist posts, the original reclining hardware, that striped upholstery. And yes, it reclines. We've got it priced at $259.99.

Thank you to everyone who volunteers here, and to our community for donating wonderful furniture — every piece helps support our mission.

All purchases support life and job skills for youth impacted by the foster care and justice systems!
