Thank you if you’ve already voted. We appreciate your support. I know this is kind of a beauty contest but it certainly helps with name recognition. This past season we completed more commercial order than any previous year. People near and far recognize the quality of our products. Please vote again today and everyday. Thank you, Rob

What does offseason look like for Maine Adirondack Chairs? We don’t keep regular shop hours; Nita and Kate are busy with their winter work. Rob is at the shop playing with this year’s inspirational projects. Geodesic domes caught my eye at the Common Ground Fair this past weekend. I love the challenge of tackling a woodworking project I’ve never done before. Yes, we’re still building chairs all winter long. Nita comes in when work calls her. And I actually remember how to build our products!!

Maine Adirondack Chairs has earned its status as the iconic centerpiece of American outdoor furniture. With its slanted seat, wide armrests, and fan-backed silhouette, it’s instantly recognizable — a design so synonymous with porches, lake docks, and summer relaxation that it’s become shorthand for outdoor comfort itself. Built by Nita and Kate. Photo by Kimberley. Writing by Claude-AI.
