October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month 💗
Before we close out October, let's talk about ways you can lower your risk.
1. Stay physically active
2. Maintain a healthy weight
3. Limit alcohol
4. Avoid To***co
5. Breastfeed for several months if possible
Most importantly, talk with your healthcare provider about when breast cancer screening is right for you.
Early detection saves lives. Schedule your recommended screening and encourage the women you love to do the same.

Turn Yard Waste into Garden Gold
Bagging your lawn clippings? .... You could be bagging free fertilizer.

Composting and mulching are simple ways to boost your garden and protect local water in Westborough. When leaves and grass get dumped or swept to the curb, rain can carry them into storm drains, feeding algae blooms in nearby lakes and streams.

Instead, compost it. Mulch it. Use it like the garden gold it is.

🪴 ... Less waste
💧 ... Less runoff
🌱 ... Healthier soil
🌊 ... Cleaner water
