As we begin October, we would like to inform you of a temporary adjustment to our service schedule.

🌧️ Due to recent rainfall, our service routes are currently approximately three days behind schedule.

📅 During this transition, your service date may be different from your usual schedule. Some properties may be serviced earlier or later than expected as we work to bring all routes back into alignment.

🌱 Once this adjustment is completed, services will continue on the regular bi-weekly schedule.

Please keep in mind that, during this transition, the time between services may occasionally be shorter or longer than two weeks.

🧹 Here’s what your artificial turf needs:

✔️ Brushing: Regularly brush the turf fibers to keep them standing upright and looking their best.
✔️ Debris removal: Remove leaves, branches, dirt, and other debris that can accumulate over time.
✔️ Deep cleaning: Rinse and clean the turf to remove dust, dirt, and buildup.
✔️ Infill replenishment: Over time, sand or silica infill can become displaced. Adding more when needed helps support the turf fibers and keep them upright.
✔️ Drainage inspection: Make sure drainage areas remain clear and water can flow properly.
✔️ Edges and seams: Check the edges and seams regularly to catch potential issues before they become bigger problems.

📅 How often should you maintain artificial turf?

For most properties, we recommend professional maintenance every 6 months. High-traffic areas, homes with pets, or turf exposed to heavy debris may require more frequent service.
