This was two years ago. On October 27th Stan went to be with our God. He fought a violent battle to stay here with the people he loved and cherished but it was his time. His time to be at peace, his time to reunite with his past loved ones, his time to be free of pain mentally and physically and better than anything to be present to meet his maker. I was blessed to be with Stan during this time and be his rock and friend. I will always thank the Lord for him making the call to aid him during this dark time. I watched him want to change any past mistake that held him from his best, his desire to live and love. The relationship with his son Brody come alive again and the love he had for his grandchildren. We never know when we will say goodbye to this world or if we will even have a chance so love, forgive, and just hold your family and friends close. 🙏🏻
