The Crowley Bar Cabinet is an icon of handmade beauty, both inside and out. Walnut burl wood veneer doors open to reveal four hanging wine racks and a storage shelf surrounded by reflective walls of gold eglomise. Doors smoothly tuck into sides for open access. Pull-out shelf provides additional wine pouring space. Three soft closure drawers for bar accessories storage.

The latest addition to the Alessandra Vanity Collection, with a matching distressed silver leafing eglomise façade and luxurious touches like velvet lining inside, beautifully stores everything from jewelry to belts in a variety of concealed compartments. Open the doors to reveal additional mirrors, two hidden jewelry storage pullouts (each with four rows of hooks), a smooth secretary pull-out workspace, and soft-close drawers with special sections for all types of jewelry. Concealed outlet with cord storage allow for easy device charging. Touch lighting with three settings. Base and top are easily assembled and secured with screws. Designed by women who considered every detail, this vanity is loaded with drawers and trays for organizing beauty aids and grooming tools. Once you sit down, you can put on makeup and fix your hair with everything right at hand – face lotion, makeup, jewelry, hairspray and even hot tools.

Hot-tool drawer is equipped with four salon-style ventilated aluminum cups, a ventilated bottom and a power strip with grounded outlets so you can plug in and store multiple styling tools in one spot

Enjoy the convenience of having chilled beverages and snacks in a master bedroom or guest suite. Our masterfully designed Ainsworth Eglomise Bar Cabinet shines with glamorous style while delivering in-suite access to a compact refrigerator, glassware, spirits and snacks. The glass-paneled exterior is backed with silver leafing, using the French eglomise technique, to beautifully reflect soft lighting.

Fava Bean Puree
1 pound small, dried, shelled fava beans
1 medium potato, peeled and coarsely chopped
½ carrot, peeled and coarsely chopped
1 small yellow onion, coarsely chopped
1 celery stalk with leaves, coarsely chopped
¾ cup extra-virgin olive oil plus more for drizzling
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
8-12 slices rustic Italian bread (or substitute with pita chips)
¼ cup Parmigiano-Reggiano shavings made with a vegetable peeler

Put the dried beans in a large saucepan with 6 cups of water. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 25 minutes. As foam rises to the surface, skim it off with a spoon. Add the potato, carrot, onion, celery and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Then cover and cook on low heat until the beans are tender, about an hour. (Add up to 1 cup of water to the beans if the liquid evaporates before the beans are cooked.) Puree until smooth using an immersion blender. Meanwhile, brush the bread with olive oil. Using tongs, “grill” the bread slices on both sides over a gas flame or by placing it directly on the coils of an electric burner, taking care not to let it char. Spoon the puree into bowls, top with shaved Parmigiano, and serve warm with the grilled bread. Or, serve the puree with pita chips.

Honey Citronette with Crudités
1/4 cup orange blossom or wildflower honey
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 teaspoon finely grated orange zest
1/2 cup plus 2 Tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Kosher salt
Pepper
Assorted seasonal crudités, for serving

In a medium bowl, whisk the honey with the lime juice and orange zest. Gradually whisk in the oil and season the citronette with salt and pepper. Serve with crudités for dipping. (Note: The citronette can be refrigerated for 3 days.)
