Hiện nay Pepper Design đang thực hiện một dự án lớn tại khu vực Hội An - Đà Nẵng, nên muốn tuyển một kiến trúc sư/Thiết kế nội thất làm việc cho dự án này trong thời gian 6 tháng.
Yêu cầu:
- Có 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm,
- Đang sống và làm việc tại Đà Nẵng hay Hội An

- A creative and exceptionally dynamic architect is sought to lead.
- Designing and edit drawings Architecture and Structural Engineering
- Create drawing of design, shop, as-built on CAD 2D,3D
- Implementing the AutoCAD Technical drawings

JOB REQUIREMENT
- Sketch Up: advance level
- 3Ds Max: Advance Level
- Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD
- MS office: basic
- Bachelor in Architect
- Have knowledge on materials and technology in design.
- Have knowledge on Vietnam Construction
- Good at in English (work with foreigner)

Hiện nay Pepper Design đang tìm kiếm ứng viên cho vị trí THIẾT KẾ NỘI THẤT với yêu cầu cụ thể như sau:

1. Công việc:
- Chịu trách nhiệm thiết kế cả ý tưởng, dưới sự hướng dẫn của Trưởng phòng
- Làm việc với nhà cung cấp, thầu phụ, phối hợp với các phòng ban trong Công ty để đảm bảo được chất lượng thiết kế
- Phối hợp với Bộ phận dự toán để làm các Sample Board làm hài lòng khách hàng
- Hoàn thành Hồ sơ khai triển theo từng giai đoạn đúng tiến độ, chất lượng
- Chịu trách nhiêm trước Trưởng phòng về tiêu chí mỹ thuật, kỹ thuật của hồ sơ bản vẽ cá nhân do mình thực hiện
- Đề xuất các sáng kiến làm nâng cao hiệu quả công việc
- Hỗ trợ các phòng ban khác khi có yêu cầu
2. Yêu cầu:
- Kinh nghiệm: 1- 2 năm
- Trình độ: Cao đẳng hoặc Đại học
- Sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm 3DMax, AutoCad, photoshop,...
- Giao tiếp tốt bằng Tiếng Anh

RECRUITMENT: SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER

We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer with 4 - 7 years of high end residential experience.

Job description:
• The designer will lead project design team
• Be responsible for all phases of the design process from concepts through installation.
• Present design to customer

Desired Skills:
• Minimum 4 years of relevant Interiors project experience, prefer high end residential • Ability to develop, communicate and present design concepts to their team
• Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
• Proficiency with 3D Max, Auto Cad, Sketch-up, and other related design software is a plus
• Be highly capable in managing purchasing, vendors, tracking, etc.
• Master in English

In addition:
• The candidate should be highly organized, self motivated, able to work independently.
• Master or Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent
• Foreign candidate is preferred
