Beds & Books is a private owner providing homestay and boudoir photography services in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

B. Why Beds & Books?
For homestay, there are 7 reasons that you should choose us:
1. We locate in District 4, Ho Chi Minh City with getting around information as below:
- 5m to a local market
- 200m to a bus station
- 750m to a fitness club and a river road for your running
- 1.5km to Bach Dang River, Ben Nha Rong Habour and Nguyen Hue walking street
- 2km to Ben Thanh market and the center of the city
- 2.5km to Bui Vien walking street
2. Our home is in a small, quiet and peaceful valley surrounding by local neighborhood. You can easily visit a local market by walking in a second and talk to local people who are very friendly and supportive.
3. Our family includes 3 adults and 1 kids that are willing to welcome you as a family member during the time you stay in Vietnam. We can teach you how to cook local food, as well as give you advices what should enjoy in Vietnam.
4. Our rooms are spacious, bright and comfortable with all needed facilities, relaxing bed, interesting English books, warm carpet and private amenity bathroom. There are 2 rooms for your choice: Silk (red and black theme) and Shades of Grey (grey theme). Are you a book lover? Then you can guess which books are followed by these themes.
5. Besides the room, you can utilize our commodious public spaces including living room, dining room, kitchen and rooftops, as well as our facilities (TV, fridge, cookers, tables, chairs, sofa, washing machine…)
6. And books, we have many genres of books. You can find here romantic novels, self-help books, photography books… from Western and Asian authors to satisfy your reading passion. More than that, we have an elegant reading light to make your best reading experience.

Beds & Books is a good choice for you when you travel to Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, and want to experience Vietnam at a local place, with local people and by a local way. If you want to experience a noisy and party Saigon by night, we are sorry to say that we are not for you.

A. Beds & Books là gì?

Beds & Books cung cấp dịch vụ homestay và chụp ảnh theo phong cách Boudoir tại TP. HCM, Việt Nam.

Định nghĩa về homestay: Homestay là một loại hình “du lịch xanh” lý tưởng đối với các bạn trẻ yêu thích khám phá văn hóa tại các vùng đất mới. Khi đi du lịch homestay, thay vì ở khách sạn hoặc nhà nghỉ, các bạn sẽ ở ngay tại nhà của dân địa phương để có thể có một góc nhìn gần gũi và thực tế hơn với cách sống và nền văn hóa của chính họ. Khách được xem như một thành viên của gia đình và tham gia vào các sinh hoạt đời thường như ăn cơm chung mâm và trò chuyện trao đổi với các thành viên. Khách cũng được yêu cầu phải “nhập gia tùy tục” và biết cách tôn trọng các quy tắc và sự riêng tư nhất định của gia chủ.

Định nghĩa về chụp ảnh theo phong cách Boudoir: Boudoir, dịch một cách nôm na là chụp ảnh theo phong cách phóng khoáng và nổi loạn. Địa điểm chụp thường là một phòng ngủ được trang trí bắt mắt và hợp với phong cách chụp. Người chụp ảnh Boudoir nên mặc trang phục gợi cảm, phóng khoáng nhưng tuyệt đối không khỏa thân. Bạn có thể chụp ảnh Boudoir một mình hoặc với người yêu và bạn thân.

BEDS & BOOKS HOMESTAY RULES

1. Treat our home as your home and help us to protect it by following guide:
- Always lock our gate and doors carefully, as well as keep your keys strictly. If lost, please kindly alert us immediately.
- Maintain our rooms, public spaces and facilities as good as you can. In case any loss or damage, please pay the approx compensations.
- Keep your room and our public spaces clean and tidy after using.
- Save water, electronic and paper to save the environment.
2. Check-in hours: 12:00 – 14:00. Check-out hours: 12:00.
3. Washing machine and powder are available at the rooftop for your self-service. Please kindly remember to lock the rooftop door after using.
4. We provide free cleaning service before your check-in. During the time you stay, please kindly ask us if needed and the fee will be 2$ for each hour. And usually, this cleaning service will be provided on weekends only.
5. Quiet hours: 22:00 – 6:00. If you arrive home after 22:00 or leave home before 06:00, please kindly let us know.
6. Please kindly note that these below things are not allowed:
- Parties or events
- Shoes in the house
- Drugs/prostitute or any other illegal things
7. In case you want to invite friends to visit you at our home, please kindly announce us at least 01 day before their visiting day. And please kindly note that your guest can’t spend nights at our home.
8. For any unsure, please kindly ask us directly.

Besides the room, you can utilize our commodious public spaces including living room, dining room, kitchen and rooftops, as well as our facilities (TV, fridge, cookers, tables, chairs, sofa, washing machine…)

All our public spaces are strictly followed by 24/7 camera system to ensure your safety first. Our family includes 3 adults and 1 kids that are willing to welcome you as a family member during the time you stay in Vietnam. We can teach you how to cook local food, as well as give you advices what should enjoy in Vietnam. I love to hang out, too, then we can hang out together if our schedule match and I will guide you to interesting places in Saigon.
