I’m delighted to share that Woody Desk has been recognised by the Central England Prestige Awards 2026/27.

The Prestige Awards celebrate independent businesses and SMEs that demonstrate quality, service and commitment within their region. For Woody Desk, this recognition is a proud moment and a lovely acknowledgment of the bespoke work, craftsmanship and personal service that goes into every project.

A big thank you to all my clients for your continued support and trust.

I’m pleased to share my latest completed project — a bespoke oak home office, designed and built to make the most of the space.

This project includes a main desk with a double sliding desk section underneath, providing extra workspace when needed and keeping the room practical and flexible. The design also includes matching cupboards and shelving, creating a clean, organised and functional home office setup.

A lovely project to bring to completion, combining natural oak, practical storage and a workspace designed around the client’s needs.

Hi all,
I’m currently in the middle of a new project — a bespoke home office with a foldable desk, all made from solid oak.
Still a work in progress, but it’s already starting to take shape nicely. I’ll share the finished piece in the next post.
Solid oak, practical design, built to last.

From the first sketches to the final piece delivered to the customer.

A custom-built pair of Hollywood-style studio monitor stands, designed and handcrafted to match the client’s setup perfectly.

Built with a strong plywood inner structure, sand-filled rectangular columns for added stability and vibration control, a rear cable groove for a clean and tidy setup, and finished with solid pinewood throughout.

Tailor-made for both sound and style.

A client asked for a custom unit to store and showcase their medieval festival gear — helmets, arrows, and more.

I designed and built this piece from solid pine wood, keeping everything organised, accessible, and beautifully displayed — giving these items the stage they deserve.

Got a unique collection or an idea you want to bring to life? Let’s make it happen.
