Timbuktu by Gan-Rugs - inspired by traditional Moroccan carpets, made using ancient techniques to combine three very different methods – woven, knotted and embroidered. Designed by Sandra Figuerola, a Spanish designer who works in various areas including graphic design, corporate identity and industrial and textile design, collaborating with both Spanish and international companies. Her interests lay primarily in cultural design, especially in the contemporary languages of music, dance, fine arts and theatre.
