BEdesign is a young and innovative furniture design company founded by the sisters Bette and Cilla E First there is a memory.

It starts with a memory, a precious moment, a lasting emotional feeling. The memorable moment; from the smallest detail to the experience as a whole. These are the memories and moments we hold dear and meaningful and that continue to live on. This is the feeling we wish to convey through our design items, creating products that become cherished and a part of lasting, meaningful moments. Our company BEdesign was founded by us, sisters Bette and Cilla Eklund in the fall of 2012. Bette is responsible for the product design and of developing the artistic vision of the company, while Cilla is responsible for the business development. We are passionate about nature, having grown up on a farm and spent our childhood being surrounded by animals and outdoor life. For us, nature’s ingenuity works as a constant source of inspiration and strength for our everyday living. Combined with our family roots in Finnish architecture, arts and design, the design language is a mix of both worlds. Great emphasis is put in aesthetics, functionality as well as outstanding quality materials. The journey from idea to product can sometimes be long, while the simplest line drawn on a piece of paper can be the beginning of a future classic. For us design is about quality, craftsmanship and telling the story how our design is shaped from our inspiration to the finished product. Our designs are made from us to you with dedication and love. We believe in timelessness – design items that will bring joy for years to come. For us, this means creating products that are functional and aesthetically pleasing. The materials we use are chosen for their durability and suitability to the intended use. Our matter of heart is a well-crafted product that is well thought out down to the smallest details. We are passionate about design and therefore it is important to us that we can offer a valuable and lasting design experience

Creativity and new ideas rarely appear in a rush 〰️ They need space, silence and time to wander. The best ideas often appear in unexpected moments, and all you need is a piece of paper to catch them.
🔸 This summer has made plenty of space for new ideas to take shape. Can’t wait to share them with you soon!
