Sweet Dreams Furniture is looking for a motivated and confident Sales Consultant to join our Cape Town CBD team.
If you enjoy working with people, are passionate about sales, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Requirements:
✔ Previous sales experience (retail sales experience will be an advantage)
✔ Confident and comfortable approaching customers
✔ Excellent communication and people skills
✔ Computer literate and able to learn new systems quickly
✔ Active on Facebook and comfortable using social media
✔ Well-presented, energetic, and self-motivated
✔ Reliable and willing to work hard to achieve targets
✔ Must be available to work weekends and public holidays
Responsibilities:
Assisting customers in-store
Generating sales and achieving targets
Following up on customer enquiries
Managing customer information on company systems
Assisting with Facebook and social media enquiries
Maintaining excellent customer service standards
