We’re Hiring: Production Manager (Wood & Leather)

Ouhout Furniture is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Production Manager to lead and coordinate our daily manufacturing operations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of production processes, team leadership, and quality control.

Key responsibilities include:
• Planning and managing daily production schedules
• Monitoring output, quality, and efficiency
• Supervising production teams and ensuring targets are met
• Managing materials, stock, and workflow processes
• Identifying and implementing process improvements

Minimum requirements:
• Experience in a production/manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of woodwork and/or upholstery is advantageous
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
