👉 Hang your curtains as high as possible, ideally just below the ceiling and let them fall all the way to the floor. This draws the eye upward, adds height to your room, and creates a more polished finish.
It’s one of those tiny details that makes a huge difference (and yes, it works in Joburg apartments too 😉).

In the thick of a renovation, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and wonder if your vision will ever come to life. This before and after of a lounge I designed is a reminder of the magic that unfolds when form meets function and trust meets transformation.

Bringing in more natural light and adding wooden ceiling beams to elongate the space made all the difference and of course the bespoke styling of the room. I’m incredibly proud of this one. It brings me so much joy when I get to work with clients who believe in the process, even when it feels like chaos before calm. ✨
