So how do you fill your cup in between the demands of every day life?
Taking care of ourselves is very important...for me it helps me to become a better mom,a sister,a friend,a colleague and a mentor.
I find if I start my day with prayer and meditation that fills my cup.
Reading the Bible and a motivational book helps me to focus on the positive and also to be greatful for what I have in my life.
Pampering myself, taking a well deserved break and going for massages,nails, facials that also fills my cup.
Putting makeup does the trick as it gives me time to focus on myself
A few minutes of yoga and stretches helps me bring back to self
Learning to say the word NO especially to the things I don't want to do, to people I don't want to see or those who don't support me fills my cup.
And last but not least sleep sleep sleep recharges me.
